Sales Operations

We are looking for a Sales Operations team member.

This is a unique opportunity to help grow a small, established company into an industry powerhouse.

Responsibilities:
Enter Sales Orders into our NetSuite accounting system
Process credit card payments
Create software licenses
Handle customer software license issues
Resolve customer inquiries and sales/shipping issues
Manage order related emails including shipping notifications with tracking numbers
Track the Sales Order through the accounting system

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Experience with NetSuite
Friendly and helpful attitude
Detail oriented
