DevCom Software + EtherNet = Easy
Remote Access with HART IP

The HART® Protocol was enhanced in 2012 to include the transmission of HART data over the Internet Protocol (IP) using Transmission Communication Protocol (TCP).  HART-IP is simply the HART protocol rendered over Ethernet. The addition of HART-IP capability to HART host applications provides a quick and easy way to configure, monitor and diagnose HART devices on WirelessHART networks.  HART Device communications can be wireless if the plant has a Wi-Fi network in place. HART-IP device access then removes the need to go onto the plant floor to view or change the configuration of a device. This provides significant time and cost savings and improved personnel safety.  For more in depth information, here is a link to our white paper or shoot us an e-mail - sales@procomsol.com.

Digital Transformation is NOW
Having just left the ARC Advisory Group’s annual Industry Forum in Orlando, this year's topic is still fresh -  Barriers to Digital Transformation.  Our takeaway?  Simply put, Industry 4.0 is not eliminating the human aspect from manufacturing but rather depending more heavily on skilled and flexible workers, from the plant floor to the top floor, working together for maximum advancement.  Company culture is a major influencer in the success of any entities' digital transformation.  The best plans for transformation depend on human implementation - team member buy-in is a must!  Learn more about the topics discussed here

February 17, 2019
This holiday originated in New Zealand, but has since become an international holiday.  Studies have shown that kindness is contagious. When a person does an act of kindness for another person, it makes the person receiving it more likely to do an act of kindness for someone else. It's like a ripple on a pond, so don’t think your act of kindness doesn’t matter because it does.  Learn more at RandomActsof Kindess.org
